INS Vikrant and INS Udaygiri represented India at the Sri Lanka Navy's International Fleet Review 2025 in Colombo (27–29 November 2025), the maiden overseas deployment of both ships.
Summary
The International Fleet Review was hosted by the Sri Lanka Navy in Colombo as part of its 75th anniversary. India's first indigenous aircraft carrier INS Vikrant and the recently commissioned frigate INS Udaygiri took part in the fleet review, city parade and outreach events. It was the first overseas deployment for both ships and Vikrant's first international fleet review.
