The 6th edition of the India–Uzbekistan joint military exercise DUSTLIK-VI began on 16 April 2025 at the Foreign Training Node, Aundh (Pune), and is scheduled to run until 28 April 2025, the Ministry of Defence said. The 60-member Indian contingent comprises a battalion of the JAT Regiment and the Indian Air Force; Uzbekistan is represented by its Army. The annual exercise is held alternately in India and Uzbekistan; the last edition was in Termez District, Uzbekistan, in April 2024. Its theme is Joint Multi Domain Sub Conventional operations in a semi-urban scenario, including a battalion-level Joint Operations Centre and counter-terrorism drills.
