The Ministry of Ayush said on 9 December 2025 that India will co-host the 2nd WHO Global Summit on Traditional Medicine with the World Health Organization (WHO) in New Delhi from 17 to 19 December 2025. The WHO summit will bring together global leaders, policymakers, researchers and experts on innovation, evidence-based practice and future strategies in traditional medicine, with ministerial discussions, scientific panels and exhibitions.
