Manufacturing grew 3.9%, while mining contracted 8.7% and electricity 2.6%. The index stood at 153.3, against 151.0 in June 2024, on base 2011-12=100. Under the revised calendar, the Quick Estimate of IIP is now released on the 28th of every month, or the next working day if the 28th is a holiday.
