IICA and NLUJA Assam launch two-year LL.M. in Corporate Law and Management

On 24 March 2026 Corporate Affairs Secretary Deepti Gaur Mukerjee launched a two-year residential LL.M. in Corporate Law and Management to be offered jointly by IICA and the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam.

Ms. Deepti Gaur Mukerjee, Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, formally launched the LL.M. in Corporate Law and Management on 24 March 2026 at Kartavya Bhawan-I, New Delhi. The two-year, fully residential programme will be offered jointly by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam (NLUJAA). It has 54 credits over four semesters: the first year at NLUJAA and the second at the IICA campus, IMT Manesar. It will initially have 60 seats per batch; applications are open from 24 March to 24 June 2026, and the session begins on 10 August 2026 at the NLUJA Assam campus.
