The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and Argentina's National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) exchanged a signed Work Plan 2025–2027 on 17 December 2025.

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and Argentina's National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) exchanged a signed Work Plan 2025–2027 on 17 December 2025 to strengthen agricultural research, capacity building and technology exchange. ICAR Director General and DARE Secretary Dr M.L. Jat and Argentina's Ambassador Mariano Agustin Caucino exchanged the Work Plan. The ICAR–INTA Work Plan covers natural resource management, zero tillage, micro-irrigation, crop and animal biotechnology, livestock improvement and digital agriculture, and includes germplasm exchange of soybean, sunflower, maize, blueberry, citrus, guava and other crops.
