The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) announced on 22 January 2025 that eSankhyiki, its platform for statistical data dissemination, now holds 134 million records, within seven months of its launch in June 2024. Built with open-source tools and in-house expertise, eSankhyiki offers time-series data on National Accounts, price statistics, NSS surveys, the Economic Census and the Index of Industrial Production, with dashboards and API-based exports. MoSPI plans to add AI-powered search and personalised dashboards.
