The Election Commission of India (ECI) released 42 statistical reports on the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, and 14 reports each for the simultaneous Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha and Sikkim, on 26 December 2024. The data show 97,97,51,847 electors, 7.43% more than in 2019, and 64.64 crore votes polled. Dhubri (Assam) had the highest turnout at 92.3% and Srinagar the lowest at 38.7%. NOTA received 0.99% of votes, against 1.06% in 2019. There were 10,52,664 polling stations, and repolls were needed at only 40. Malkajgiri (Telangana) drew the most nominations (114). Female electors formed 48.62% of the roll, the sex ratio reached 946, and female turnout (65.78%) was higher than male turnout (65.55%). Puducherry had the highest share of female electors (53.03%).
