Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and Election Commissioners Dr Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Dr Vivek Joshi addressed the inaugural session. 32 participants, including Election Commissioners and senior officials of Election Management Bodies from 12 countries, are taking part. The workshop aims to help EMBs build structured electoral risk management frameworks.
