Bhutan's Election Commissioner Ugyen Chewang also took part and called on Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi on 18 March. Former CEC T.S. Krishnamurthy addressed the valedictory session, where certificates were given to participants.
