Electors can submit documents any time before 25 July 2025, and the draft electoral rolls to be issued on 1 August 2025 will contain the names of persons whose enumeration forms are received. Under Article 324 of the Constitution, superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of electoral rolls is vested in the Election Commission (static).
