Indian Naval Ships Delhi, Shakti, Satpura and Kiltan of the Eastern Fleet concluded a port call to Singapore from 16 to 19 July 2025, as part of the Indian Navy's Operational Deployment to South East Asia, under Rear Admiral Susheel Menon, Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Fleet (FOCEF). The FOCEF called on the High Commissioner of India to Singapore and the Fleet Commander of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) to discuss naval ties and maritime cooperation in the Indo-Pacific. Commanding Officers laid a wreath at the Kranji War Memorial in honour of Indian soldiers who died in World War II. The navies held cross-deck visits, Subject Matter Expert Exchanges and sports, and a deck reception was hosted on board INS Shakti. The visit was in line with the vision of SAGAR (Security and Growth for All in the Region).
