The Divya Kala Mela concluded at Akota Stadium, Vadodara, Gujarat, on 19 January 2025 in the presence of Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Ramdas Athawale. The 11-day fair, held from 9 to 19 January, was the 23rd such fair according to NDFDC CMD Navin Shah, and drew over 100 Divyang artisans and entrepreneurs from 20 states and union territories. At the closing, 30 Divyangjan from Gujarat received loan sanction letters worth ₹1 crore and 18 received appointment letters from a job fair held on 17 January. The 'Divya Kala Shakti' programme featured 78 Divyang artists from 15 states.
