Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0 crosses 1 crore
The nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0 for pensioners crossed the one-crore mark, the Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare said on 14 November 2025.
Summary
DLC Campaign 4.0 is running from 1 to 30 November 2025 across 2,000 cities and towns at 2,540 locations. Of the one crore DLCs generated, 59,13,073 (58%) used face authentication and about 7 lakh were for pensioners aged 80 and above. Over 35,000 camps had been held by 12 November, with 75,000 more planned. Minister Dr Jitendra Singh said the milestone came much earlier than in DLC 3.0, and the department is on track for its 2-crore target for 2025.
