DARPG links CPGRAMS with state Right to Services Commissions; Haryana to run pilot

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) is collaborating with Right to Services (RTS) Commissioners of states and UTs for stronger oversight of grievance redressal, it said on 31 May 2025. At a meeting chaired by DARPG Secretary V. Srinivas on 30 May, the department presented a mapping of 2,04,000 public grievances on land, labour, environment and banking received on states' CPGRAMS portals and asked RTS Commissioners to ensure timely redressal. States currently provide more than 20,000 e-services under the NeSDA framework. The Haryana RTS Commission will implement the pilot project linking CPGRAMS with the RTS framework.
