The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 17 December 2024 at AIIMS New Delhi to provide a formal basis for collaboration in medical research, healthcare delivery and critical health challenges. Under this umbrella MoU, another MoU was signed between CSIR's Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology (CSIR-CCMB), Hyderabad and AIIMS New Delhi for focused research projects and to extend the use of CSIR-CCMB facilities to AIIMS.
