Officials said 36 Gaudhams had received administrative approval, of which 29 were registered with the Chhattisgarh Rajya Gauseva Aayog. Sai also laid the foundation stone of the State's first cow sanctuary at Jogipur village in Kota block of Bilaspur. The opposition Congress said the scheme renamed its earlier programmes.
