The one-day programme was organised by Policy Samvad with the Delhi Chakma Student Union. NCST Member Nirupama Chakma and Sri Lanka's High Commissioner to India Mahishini Colonne attended as Guests of Honour, and cultural performances showcased the traditional Bizu festival of the Chakma people. The NCST is a constitutional body under Article 338A of the Constitution.
