CERT-In SAMVAAD 2026, the three-day National Annual Conference of the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team, was held from 27 to 29 April 2026 at the BITS Pilani K.K. Birla Goa Campus with over 500 delegates. The theme was 'Securing Digital Bharat through Future-Ready Audits: Adapting, Assuring, Advancing', and Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant inaugurated the event. CERT-In launched AMBAK (Audit Monitoring, Benchmarking, Analysis and Kinetic Interventions) and, with BIRD and NABARD, introduced an advanced cybersecurity certification course for Rural Financial Institutions. CERT-In is headed by Director General Sanjay Bahl.
