The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) concluded the Master Trainers' training for Phase-1 of the Rashtriya Karmayogi Large-Scale Jan Seva Programme on 18 January 2025; the training ran from 6 to 18 January 2025 in New Delhi. Over 12 days, 219 Master Trainers from 80 Ministries and Departments of the Central Government took part in eight training batches. The behavioural training aims to foster Seva Bhava and a citizen-centric approach. The Master Trainers will now train colleagues from Directors to Multi-Tasking Staff in their offices. CBC Chairman Adil Zainulbhai and Member (HR) R. Balasubramaniam addressed the participants.
