The three work packages cover 190.76 km at a combined capital cost of ₹7,597.16 crore across Nizamabad, Jagtial, Mancherial and Karimnagar districts, with bypasses around built-up areas and a design speed of 100 km/h. The project is expected to cut travel time by about 1 hour 30 minutes between Armoor and Mancherial and about 45 minutes between Jagtial and Karimnagar.
