Under 'Purvodaya', a National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management will be set up in Bihar. The Budget also said greenfield airports will be facilitated in Bihar, and that financial support will be provided for the Western Koshi Canal ERM Project, benefitting farmers cultivating over 50,000 hectares in the Mithilanchal region of Bihar.
