Bihar had 7.89 crore electors on 24 June 2025. About 65 lakh names were left out of the draft list published on 1 August, which had 7.24 crore electors. A further 3.66 lakh ineligible electors were removed from the draft and 21.53 lakh eligible electors were added through Form 6. The exercise involved district election officers in all 38 districts, 243 Electoral Registration Officers and around 1 lakh Booth Level Officers.
