Summary

The draft electoral roll of Bihar was published by the Election Commission of India on 1 August 2025, following the completion of the enumeration phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2025. Booth-wise draft lists for all 90,712 polling booths across 243 Assembly Constituencies were shared with all political parties by the 38 District Election Officers the same day. Any elector or political party can file claims and objections before the Electoral Registration Officer from 1 August to 1 September 2025, and eligible electors whose names are missing should submit Form 6 with the Declaration Form.
