He reviewed installation of Online Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (OCEMS) in Red Category and 17 categories of polluting industries in Delhi-NCR and called for time-bound completion; reviewed paddy straw management in Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh and asked CAQM to check pellet storage at pelletisation and thermal power plants and verify use of machines; asked CAQM and the Delhi government to improve use of construction and demolition waste; and said the SAMEER app will be the single online app for disseminating the Air Quality Index.
