The Bharat National Cybersecurity Exercise 2025, organised jointly by the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) and Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), concluded on 1 August 2025 with over 600 participants from government, defence, academia and industry. This year's edition focused on Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security and AI-driven threats such as adversarial attacks and deepfake manipulation, alongside modules on security operations centres, API security, malware analysis and digital forensics. A Strategic Exercise (Stratex) segment tested inter-agency coordination through simulated national-level cyber threat scenarios. Deputy National Security Advisor T. V. Ravichandran delivered the closing address.
