Education Ministry's Bharat Innovates Investor Showcase in Bengaluru: 24 deep-tech start-ups meet 90+ investors

On 19 May 2026 the Ministry of Education and IVCA held the Bharat Innovates Investor Showcase in Bengaluru, where 24 deep-tech start-ups presented to over 90 investors ahead of the flagship Bharat Innovates 2026 event in Nice, France, on 14–16 June.

Summary

The Bharat Innovates Investor Showcase was held in Bengaluru on 19 May 2026 by the Ministry of Education with the Indian Venture and Alternate Capital Association (IVCA). Twenty-four Indian deep-tech start-ups from the Bharat Innovates cohort presented to more than 90 investors with combined assets under management of over US$85 billion. The showcase is a run-up to Bharat Innovates 2026, the flagship event in Nice, France, on 14–16 June 2026 under the India–France Year of Innovation. Bharat Innovates was announced by the Prime Minister on 17 February 2026 at the inauguration of the India–France Year of Innovation, in the presence of the President of France.
