The 32nd Northern Zonal Council meeting was attended by the Chief Ministers of Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir and Delhi, the Administrator of Chandigarh and the Lieutenant Governors of Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi and Ladakh.
