Union Minister of Power and Housing & Urban Affairs Manohar Lal launched the Assistance in Deploying Energy Efficient Technologies in Industries & Establishments (ADEETIE) scheme at a national roll-out event at Arya (P.G.) College, Panipat, Haryana on 15 July 2025. The ₹1,000 crore scheme of the Ministry of Power is implemented by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and offers interest subvention of 5% for micro and small enterprises and 3% for medium enterprises on loans for energy-efficiency projects. ADEETIE also covers Investment Grade Energy Audits, Detailed Project Reports and post-implementation monitoring and verification. Manohar Lal also launched the ADEETIE portal.
