She released a compendium on the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) titled 'Digitalisation of Public Financial Management in India: The Transformative Decade (2014-24)'. She said PFMS reaches 60 crore beneficiaries, delivers over 1,200 central and state schemes, integrates 31 state treasuries and works with 650 financial institutions, and that PFMS payments grew from 2 crore in 2015 to 250 crore in 2024. Controller General of Accounts Shyam S. Dubey and Expenditure Secretary Manoj Govil also spoke.
