The 14th meeting of the ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus) Experts' Working Group on Counter-Terrorism was held in New Delhi on 19 and 20 March 2025. It was the first meeting of the 2024–2027 cycle, for which India and Malaysia took over as co-chairs from Myanmar and Russia, co-chairs for 2021–2024. Delegations from the ASEAN Secretariat, ASEAN countries and ADMM-Plus members including China, the US, Russia, Australia, Japan and South Korea took part. The co-chairs announced a table-top exercise in Malaysia in 2026 and a field training exercise in India in 2027.
